After only six months of riding lessons, I wanted a horse. I would not recommend this, however, because it made it easy for people to take advantage of me. I was tricked into getting a horse that had many issues. Although she has a very sweet, calm personality on the ground, she is a different horse under saddle.

After almost two years of trying different training techniques and medications, it became clear one night that our fate together was not what I thought it would be the night she flipped over for the third time. I knew then that neither she nor I were happy. Although I always imagined we would end up going on trails and competing in local shows, that is just not right for us. We are right for each other, and I have never stopped believing that for even a moment. I believe I was given this horse to love. She is my #righthorse.
