After five years of hard work and saving up to be able to afford the full cost of a horse my dream finally came. I adopted my Right Horse, Harmony, in January.

Just recently we competed at our first gymkhana and I didn’t stop smiling the entire day. We placed in 3 events! I was so proud of her!

She’s the perfect horse for me because she really can be an all-around horse. I can’t thank the Harmony Equine Center enough for helping me find my right horse. We are going to continue to compete in gymkhanas and plan to spend lots of time together this summer.

To me, right horse means a horse that has the potential to meet your needs. Some horses might take time to get there but I believe that you know from the start if they will be the right fit or not.
