Terms and Conditions

To be eligible to receive a $1,000 award through My Right Horse Listing Bonus, an organization must: (a) be a current My Right Horse Adoption Partner or Warm-Up Ring participant, (b) adopt out equines, (c) be a 501(c)(3) entity or municipal shelter, (d) be located in the United States or its territories, and (e) have an adoption model that transfers equine ownership to adopters within one (1) year of adoption.

All My Right Horse Listing Bonus participating organizations shall have access to online tools and resources and opportunity for mentorship (mentorship subject to the ASPCA’s availability). To be eligible for a one thousand-dollar ($1,000) award, to be distributed to organizations no later than February 15, 2023, each Organization must: (a) post all of its available for adoption equines on Organization’s myrighthorse.org account no later than August 15, 2022, and (b) maintain the accuracy of Organization’s myrighthorse.org account by updating available equine inventory through December 31, 2022.

The ASPCA may, at its sole discretion, disqualify and remove any organization from participation in the My Right Horse Listing Bonus.
